Specialised Training is the leading provider of managed licence acquisition services in the UK working with a wide variety of LGV fleets. Regardless of the requirements we provide a bespoke offering delivering value and insight to companies large and small.
We are not a traditional training centre in the sense that we do not typically own or directly employ the trainers we utilise for licence acquisition. In our experience, we have found that the candidate experience is gained by using the local training providers. Specialised Training has developed a very selective network of over 400 organisations covering various stages of the licence acquisition. Our network allows us to be scalable and work with companies to grow and expand their reach.

Data Driven Decisions
The management of our centres is done through our custom Salesforce CRM system. We have 80% of our network directly linked into our system, resulting in STS having full visibility of scheduling, pass rates and instructors. We also collect data from DSA examination centres to ensure that we are able to optimise the experience for our clients.
The data we collect allows us to make the right decisions for clients including:
- Optimising pass rates
- Decreasing time to complete
- Minimising travel times
- Ensuring candidates are paired with the best-fit instructors
