  • Arrange suitable hours of practical training with an approved training provider.
  • Book practical tests (module 3 and 4) to coincide with end of practical training.
  • If agreed in advance automatically arrange retest and retraining if necessary.

CAT C+E

This is the licence you need to drive an articulated truck (also known as a Class 1 vehicle)

  • 16-20 hours of practical training.
  • DSA practical test.
  • Medium / Long distance professional drivers.
  • Logistics professional.
  • International drivers.
  • Arrange suitable hours practical training over with an approved training provider.
  • Book practical test to coincide with end of practical training.
  • If agreed in advance automatically arrange retest and retraining if necessary.

CAT C1

This is the licence you need to drive a smaller LGV (often called a Luton Van)

  • 12-20 hours of practical training Approximately 80 hours of study for Theory Tests (Modules 1 and 2) Drivers’ Medical.
  • Module 1: Theory Test (HP and MC).
  • Module 2: Case Study Theory Test.
  • Module 3: Practical Test.
  • Module 4: practical demonstration test.

  • Removal companies.
  • Supply all necessary forms for provisional application.

This is the licence you need to tow a heavy trailer with a car or van Allows you to tow a trailer above 750kg
